Grayco Mgt is a family owned business operating in the Nashville, TN area. Phil Gray started with McDonald’s over 39 years ago. He started as a crew person and worked his way up to Director of World Wide Development.

In 2009 he became a franchisee with the purchase of 6 locations in Boca Raton, Florida. In 2013 he then had the opportunity to come to Nashville and took ownership of 21 locations.

We want to continue to have McDonald’s as an integral part of the communities we are in.
